Come June and yes, the monsoon has hit Mumbai. This was forwarded to me by my friend. I have no idea how credible this information is but the way rains have hit from day one, I know that they just cannot be taken lightly. So Mumbaikars, travel safe and keep up the spirit:) And by the way enjoy the buttas, hot coffees, chaat, Marine Drive walks....complete different thrill really!!
LIKELY DATES OF HEAVY RAINS IN 2006
According to Met Dept., following is the list of 12 days on which heavy rains coupled with very high tides could lead to flooding.
The key point is that the flooding is expected to be mainly between noon and 4 pm.
